The Opportunity

We are seeking Mechanical Technicians to provide hands-on support to our aircraft manufacturing and development activities. These roles sit at the core of first-build aircraft production — you'll be working directly on real aircraft, contributing to something that matters.

If you have a background in mechanical assembly from aerospace, motorsport, automotive, marine, or another precision industry, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assemble major aircraft structures including wings, tails, and fuselage assemblies from first build
• Install and integrate internal structures, flight control systems, servos, and aircraft systems
• Perform mechanical integration of major assemblies to support efficient aircraft build and development
• Work from engineering drawings, build instructions, and assembly procedures
• Support prototype builds, testing, modification, and continuous improvement activities
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised work environment in line with health and safety standards
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in mechanical assembly — aerospace, automotive, motorsport, marine, or similar precision industries highly regarded
• Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work accurately using hand tools and precision components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
• High attention to detail and a quality-focused approach to your work
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary build team
